Shakshuka Recipe

Ingredients:
1 large onion, diced
3 medium tomatoes, diced
4 eggs
2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 tsp umami seasoning
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp of avocado oil
Half cup of cilantro chopped for topping
Directions:
1. Saute onions till tender in avocado oil with the lid closed on medium heat
2. Add diced tomatoes and with the seasonings and spices into the pan with closed lid till tomatoes simmer
3. Crack eggs drop in and cover for 4 to 5 minutes till eggs cooked
4.Top with cilantro when ready to serve
