One-pot tilapia chowder
Ingredients:
5 tilapias cut into 4 pieces
2 cups tricolor organic carrots shredded (orange, yellow, purple)
2 medium onions halved and sliced
1 1/2 cup of water
2 cups of cashew milk
1/4 cup of pure olive oil
1 tbsp dijon mustard with chardonnay
Kosher salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1/8 tsp siracha salt
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tbsp paprika
1 tsp multipurpose umami
Directions:
-Place the onions on the bottom of the pot
-Add the carrots
-Place the fillets on top of onions and carrots
-Add all the seasonings and spices
-Add the oil
-Add the water and cashew milk
-Cook on medium flame with the cover on for about 30 to 45 minutes
