One-Pot Pepper Pasta Recipe


Ingredients:

Fusilli pasta 160z

12 oz whole golden corn

2 medium onions sliced

3 garlic cloves minced

4 yellow peppers diced

1/4 cup water

1/3 cup pure olive oil

Kosher salt to taste

Pepper to taste

1 tbs nutritional yeast seasoning

1 tsp pure ground mustard

Instructions:


  1. Fry onions till brownish in oil on a skillet and then add garlic cook for 3 minutes together on medium flame.

  2. Add the diced peppers, corn, and water, cover till vegetables tender.

  3. Add the seasonings and spices.

  4. Add Fusilli pasta. Cook based on the instructions on the box.

  5. Cook all ingredients uncovered for about 10 minutes and enjoy
