One-pot chuck eye roast recipe


Ingredients:


3 pounds chuck eye roast

3 medium russet potatoes

2 medium Spanish onions halved and sliced

16 small white mushroom

1 celery cut into 3

2 large garlic cloves cut into long stripes

1 lemon lift decaffeinated teabag by Bigelow, steeped in 1 cup of hot water

4 cups of water

2 (1) tbsp kosher salt

Pepper to taste

Dill seeds 1/2 tsp

1 tsp ground mustard

1 tsp chili powder

2 (1/2) tsp lemon pepper


Instructions:


-Add the roast first into the pot

-Add all the vegetables

-Add all the seasonings and spices

-Add the steeped tea that has cooled off

-Add the 4 cups of water

-Close lid and cook on small flame for about 2 to 3 hours
