Mini tri-color potatoes baked


Ingredients:


12 purple mini potatoes

8 red mini potatoes

14 yellow mini potatoes

1/8 cup pure olive oil

1 tsp creamy dijon

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

Kosher salt to taste

Black pepper to taste


Directions:


-Put all the seasonings and spices

-Bake potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated 400-degree oven
