Mango chia dessert


Ingredients:


8 oz blended frozen mango

1 cup of blueberries

(2) 1/4 cup water

(2) 1/4 cup cashew milk

3 tbsp chia seeds

*Maple syrup to taste


Directions:

-Soak chia seeds in the cashew milk for 10 minutes in the fridge

-Blend frozen mango with water

-Top the chia seed mix with the blended mango

-Top with blueberries

-Add maple syrup on top blueberries if you like and how much you like, I didn't add anything
