Kabocha squash with meat
Ingredients:
1 cup diced hanger steak
8 white medium mushrooms
Half of medium kabocha squash
Half of zucchini shredded
1/8 cup of pure olive oil
Kosher salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tbsp nutritional yeast seasoning
1/2 tbs garlic powder
1/8 tsp sriracha salt
Directions:
-Stir fry in oil the zucchini, mushroom, and meat with all the seasonings and spices for about 10 minutes
-Poke holes on top of squash with a fork and bake for about 10 to 15 minutes at 375 degrees until it is tender
-Place the zucchini, mushroom and meat mix into squash and bake for about 20 to 30 minutes at 400 degrees
