Homemade Lox
Ingredients:
Salmon Fillet
Kosher Salt
Chives spice
Whole Dill spice
Cilantro spice
Dill weed spice
Glass dish with sides
Cling plastic food wrap
Directions:
1. Wash the fillet and put it in a glass dish
2. Spread salt all over, a nice thick layer
3. Spread all other spices listed on top one at a time
4. Close with wrap
5. Keep in the fridge for 1 day and then take out to spill out the juice that will be in the dish. Then put it back again for another day. It needs to be for 2 days in the fridge
6. After 2 days take out, rinse off everything and serve
