Grilled Salmon Recipe

Grilled Salmon Recipe

Grilled salmon who doesn’t like them and since summer is here grill your life away. I personally love long summer days and grilling on my charcoal grill as much as I can. I really love fish and I am constantly trying out new recipes and experimenting with different ingredients. I can make fish any way you wish, but the truth is my favorite fish recipes are the ones for the grill.

I usually marinade the fish for about 30 minutes in the fridge and when I take it out, I leave it for about 5 to 10 minutes so it can come to room temperature. I usually grill salmon for about 20 to 30 minutes or until it is done. Grill at 400 to 450 degrees at least and let it preheat before grilling the fish. This method will help you so that the fish doesn’t stick. I still use special grill oil that I can spray anywhere I need. I cover the grill for about 15 minutes and the rest of the time I keep the lid open until it is done. The best way to test if the fish is ready is by using a metal skewer and putting it into the thickest of the fish. The skewer needs to come out warm and it needs to go thru the fish easily. Give your fish 3 to 5 minutes to rest so the flavor settles and all juices go back into your fish. These tips will make your fish come out delicious and will make you want to grill over and over.

My Recipe:

1. 1 ½ pound of salmon fillets

2. Salt to taste

3. Pepper to taste

4. (2), ½ tablespoon of garlic stir fry and rib sauce

5. (2), ½ tablespoon of soy sauce

6. 3 tablespoons of ketchup

7. ½ teaspoon of garlic powder

8. 1 teaspoon of sweet with oil paprika
