2 fennel sliced

1 Spanish onion sliced

1/3 cup cilantro

1/3 cup dill

1/4 cup organic apple cider

1/8 cup lemon juice

Kosher salt to taste

Pepper to taste

1/2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp extra light olive oil
