Easy purple cauliflower soup
Ingredients:
3 cups purple cauliflower
3 Idaho potatoes large
1 medium Spanish opinion
black pepper to taste
kosher salt to taste
1 tbs garlic powder
1 tbsp Vegeta
6 cups of water
Directions:
-Put all ingredients in a pot and boil covered for about 15 to 25 minutes.
-Reserve some water so that the puree is not too watery unless you like it that way. As you blend you can add more water to fit your needs.I reserved about 1 cup for my taste because I like it thick.
-After cooled blend, and puree it to the consistency you like it.
