Easy corn & cauliflower soup
Ingredients:
1 cup of unsweetened organic coconut milk
1 cup of water
1 can of cream style sweet corn
2 large russet potatoes
1 1/2 cup yellow cauliflower
Kosher salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tbsp nutritional yeast seasoning
Chili powder for topping
Directions:
-Add all the ingredients into a pot
-Cook for about 15 to 25 minutes on medium fame
-When cooled puree with a blender
- Sprinkle chili powder when serving
