Delmonico roast with cranberry hibiscus flavor
Ingredients:
4 to 5-pound roast
salt to taste
pepper to taste
8 dried bay leaves
8 cups of water
1 cup chicken broth
2 cranberry hibiscus tea bags steeped in 2 ounces water
Directions:
325 preheat oven
Put all ingredients together with the roast into a ceramic dish
Bake for 3 hours covered
Slice and serve with the delicious liquid from the dish
