Acorn wedges fried


Ingredients:


1 acorn

(2) 1/3 cup pure olive oil

(2) 1 tbsp organic maple syrup

Kosher salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

1/2 tbsp paprika

1/2 tsp chili powder


Directions:


-Cut acorn into 4 and then into wedges

-Add spices and seasoning to the wedges

-Add maple syrup mix well

-Fry the wedges in oil, fry till tender and the crispness you like

-Once fried drizzle maple syrup to your taste and enjoy
